Description
Consultant Report prepared by Frontier Economics to assess the extent to which the design of four ADB projects in the Kyrgyz Republic enables their impact to be robustly evaluated. These projects cover the rehabilitation of various roads, the modernization of tax administration, and a program of measures designed to improve the investment climate in the country. An accompanying report by Frontier Economics focuses on identifying priority constraints on economic growth in the Kyrgyz Republic.
