Description
Report and Recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors describing terms and conditions proposed for the Guangxi Southwestern Cities Development Project in People's Republic of China, for approval of ADB's Board of Directors. The project's impact will be better living conditions in the three project cities, and stronger ability of these cities to participate in and benefit from regional economic cooperation and integration. The project's outcome will be upgraded and integrated urban infrastructure, and an urban environment that will help the project cities meet their long-term urban development needs.
