Description
The facility administration manual (FAM) is developed to help executing and implementing agencies and ADB monitor MFF implementation and evaluate performance. It describes the facility processing and administration of the investment program for the proposed Ho Chi Minh City Urban Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 Investment Program in Viet Nam, including summary of important events, and key persons involved.
This FAM includes references and tentative arrangements for the Kreditanstalt fur Wiederaufbau parallel cofinancing and European Investment Bank direct cofinanced portion of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 Investment Program. These references are included for information purposes only and administrative and management arrangements are subject to final agreement between the Government and respective International Financing Institution.
