Description
The Project supports the implementation of the sixth national socioeconomic development plan (NSEDP6) of the Lao PDR and help achieve the millennium development goals (MDGs) in the health sector. Following the primary health care expansion project, it will help the Ministry of Health (MOH) to improve primary health care (PHC) delivery in the eight northern provinces; and strengthen the capacity of MOH in planning, budgeting, financing, human resource development (HRD), and coordination towards a comprehensive program approach.
