This revised short resettlement plan with due diligence for the Botou City Water Treatment Plant and Urban Water Distribution Network Rehabilitation Project under the Hebei Small Cities & Towns Development Demonstration Sector Project in the People's Republic of China, represents a key requirement of the ADB and is the key basis for land acquisition, house demolition and resettlement for the project.
