Description
This final report on Labour Migration Awareness Campaign for Potential Migrant Workers and Communities in Selected Areas of Cambodia and the Lao PDR is produced by the International Organization for Migration for the regional technical assistance on Implementing the Greater Mekong Subregion Human Resource Development Strategic Framework and Action Plan.
The project seeks to reduce the vulnerability of potential irregular migrants in select areas of Cambodia and Lao PDR through comprehensive village-based activities aimed at: providing reliable safe migration information; raising awareness on the risks of irregular migration (including labour exploitation and trafficking); and developing self-protection networks at the community level.
