This Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework (Mongolian translation) sets the policy and procedural framework for the Western Regional Road Corridor Investment Program in Mongolia and describes the strategy to be followed in defining different Indigenous Peoples Development Plan types fitting the degree of impact intensity and relative vulnerability of affected communities.
