Progress report produced by consultants for Sri Lanka's Institutional Strengthening for Decentralized Service Delivery in the Water Sector. The impact of the technical assistance is improvement in operating efficiency and management performance in the water sector. The outcomes are (i) National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) service delivery functions decentralized and (ii) NWSDB internal monitoring and regulatory systems operationalized.
