| Document Type: | Technical Assistance Reports |
| Project Number: | 28240-012 |
Description
In November 1993, the Government of the Republic of Fiji requested the Bank's Country Programming Mission for an advisory technical assistance (TA) to assist in the institutional strengthening of the Fiji Electricity Authority (FEA). A Bank Fact-finding Mission visited Fiji in April 1995 and reached an understanding with the Government and FEA regarding the objectives, scope, terms of reference, implementation, and financing arrangements for the TA. The TA was prepared on the basis of the findings of the Mission and the understandings reached with the Government.
