Description
This draft final report presents the Capacity Development Technical Assistance's findings, recommendations and proposals for investment. The proposed investments are both in infrastructure and in institutions but importantly are guided by a Road Map for reform of the water sector in Karnataka. It is produced by consultants for India's Integrated Water Resources Management and Sustainable Water Service Delivery in Karnataka.
