Description
This is the report and recommendation of the president (RRP) on: (i) a proposed program cluster to the Kyrgyz Republic for the Investment Climate Improvement Program, comprising three subprograms; (ii) a proposed grant for subprogram 1 of the Program; and (iii) a proposed grant to provide system support for the Program. The report also describes a proposed technical assistance grant for Implementation Support for Investment Climate Reform. The RRP describes the terms and conditions for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors.
