Description
Report and Recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors describing terms and conditions proposed for the Janub Gas-Fired Power Plant Project in Azerbaijan, for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors. It will replace the Shirvan Thermal Power Plant (TPP), Azerbaijan's second largest power plant, and increase the stability of the power generation system in Azerbaijan and improve the reliability of power supply in the Absheron Peninsula.
