Description
The purpose of this LARF is to guide the National Highway Authority(NHA), the Program Executing Agency (EA) in the preparation and implementation of Land Acquisition and Resettlement (LAR) tasks in a fashion fitting relevant Pakistan law and practice, the resettlement policy of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and ADB requirements for Multi-tranche Financial Facilities (MFF).
