Description
The Project will reduce socio-economic damage caused by floods in the Project area. The outcome of the Project will be effective and sustainable flood management structural facilities, such as flood embankments, and non-structural flood risk mitigation system comprising improved flood preparedness, forecasting and warning, and also strengthened institutional and legal framework concerning flood risk management that takes into account social, environmental and economic factors.
