Loan Agreement for Lae Port Development Project between the Independent State of Papua New Guinea and Asian Development Bank dated 12 June 2008. ADB has agreed to make a loan to the Borrower from ADB's Special Funds resources (hereinafter called Loan) upon the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Project Agreement of even date herewith between ADB and IPBC.
