Description
Sets the policy and procedural framework for the proposed multitranche financing facility (MFF) to India for the Madhya Pradesh Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program, and describes the strategy to be followed in defining different Indigenous Peoples Development Plan types fitting the degree of impact intensity and relative vulnerability of affected communities. It is provided as supporting document to the Report and Recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors of ADB.
