Description
The Medium-Voltage Sub-Transmission Expansion Sector Project will contribute to increasing access to grid-electricity in Cambodia. The outcome of the project is expanded supply of reliable and cost-effective grid-electricity in Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, Kandal and Banteay Meanchey province.
This Draft Environmental Assessment Review Framework has been developed to guide the environmental assessment of additional subprojects such as the ones in Kandal and Banteay Meanchey province. The IEE report will serve as a model for the assessment of environmental impacts of additional subprojects.
