Description
Consultant Report prepared by TERA International Group, Inc. Sterling, Virginia, USA, In association with TERA Beijing Consulting Co. Ltd., Beijing, China and Second Survey and Design Institute, Chengdu, China for the Nanning-Kunming Railway Capacity Enhancement Project in the People's Republic of China. This Report includes a discussion of the project's background, framework and rationale, and traffic forecast as well as a technical assessment, environmental impact assessment, poverty and social assessment, land acquisition and involuntary resettlement, institutional assessment, financial evaluation, and economic evaluation.
