Description
Report and recommendation of the President describing terms and conditions proposed for the North Eastern State Roads Investment Program in India for the approval of the Board of Directors of ADB.
The investment program will (i) improve about 430 km of priority roads in six states (Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, and Tripura) in the northeastern region of India, and (ii) provide capacity building support to the executing agencies: the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region and the state public works departments or its equivalent in the six project states.
