Description
This draft environmental impact assessment examines the social and environmental consequences of the North-South Road Corridor Investment Program - Proposed Tranche 3 (Talin-Gyumri Road) prior to execution and provides information to decision makers and the public about the environmental implications of proposed actions before decisions are made.
The updates to the EIA and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) incorporate the new assessment based on the existing and new road alignments starting at Talin from Km 71+500 km to end in Gyumri at Km 117+067.
