Description

This initial environmental examination focuses on environmental assessment related to rehabilitation and improving of Mankulam - Mullaitivu (A034) highway located in Mullaitivu district under the Northern Road Connectivity Project in Sri Lanka.

The highway will be rehabilitated with two lane facilities including cycle lanes, soft shoulders, side drains and utility reservations. An environmental management plan was prepared to be incorporated in to the bid documents for contractors.
