Description
The Women's Development Centers (WDC) Project was implemented by the Ministry of Women's Affairs (MoWA) of the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC), with grant funding from the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction (JFPR), administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at a cost of US$2,200,000. The project started 9 March 2006 and was completed 13 March 2010.The project areas was in six communes in the provinces of Siem Reap and Kampong Chhnang. The overall goal of this project is to reduce poverty by increasing access to services that support women's social and economic empowerment.
