Description
This report reviews infrastructure for procurement, financial management, contract implementation, and project management practices for the Power Sector Expansion Project in Samoa, as part of the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity's mandate to support the Asian Development Bank’s efforts in strengthening supreme audit institutions capacity to detect fraud.
