Description
The TA aims to prepare the Highlands Highway (Southern Highlands and Enga Provinces Network) Rehabilitation Project to support economic growth through increased exports and integration of the Highlands Region subsistence population into the mainstream economy by improving rural access to market centers. The TA outcome will be the agreed-upon design and feasibility study for a road improvement project suitable for ADB financing.
