Description
Grant Agreement of even date herewith between Mongolia (the "Recipient" ) and ADB, ADB has agreed to provide to the Recipient a grant of fifteen million Dollars ($15,000,000) on the terms and conditions set forth in the Grant Agreement, but only on the condition that a portion of the proceeds of the Grant be made available to the Aimag Governments and that the Aimag Governments agree to undertake certain obligations towards ADB as set forth in this Project Agreement.
