Major change in scope and increase in technical assistance (TA) amount for the Promoting Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment, by the equivalent of $1,835,000, to be financed on a grant basis from the Gender and Development Cooperation Fund ($835,000) and ADB's TASF-other sources ($1,000,000). After this increase in TA budget, the total TA funding amounts to $6,835,000.
