This grant implementation manual (GIM) provides administrative and management requirements to implement the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction project on Promoting Partnerships and Innovation in Poor and Underserved Communities in the Philippines. The procedures for disclosing the GIM are the same as those for the Project Administration Manual (PAM) for a loan project.
