Description
The impact of the Program is to expand private sector investment in energy efficiency projects in the PRC by developing the energy efficiency financing activities of qualified financial institutions (Partner Banks), thereby achieving energy efficiency improvements and associated reduction in the growth of GHGs and other pollutants.
