Description
The report and recommendation on a proposed investment in compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs) issued by KUL Urban Development Private Limited (KUL UDPL) for Phase 2 of the Pune Nirvana Hills Slum Rehabilitation Project in India provides terms and conditions for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors.
The project's primary outcome will be an improvement in the quality of life for slum dwellers and access to more housing for urban dwellers in Pune.
