Description
This land acquisition and resettlement plan for the Tajikistan to Afghanistan 220 kV Transmission Line Project (Afghanistan-Section C) under the Regional Power Transmission Interconnection Project covers the impacts and detail compensation costs and mechanisms relative to the construction of section C. This section of the line is 133 km long and mostly crosses uncultivated public land. Some impacts on cultivated land however will occur between km 13.8. The Line will not cause impacts on buildings nor resettlement of households.
