This report evaluates the performance of the Second Agriculture Program aimed to achieve sustainable economic growth by increasing productivity in the agriculture sector through deregulation of fertilizer trade, organizational, institutional and legal reforms, efficient use of water resources, promotion of competitive agricultural produce market and development of rural infrastructure in Nepal. IED overall assessment: Successful.
