Description
This final consultant report prepared by ANZDEC Limited presents the recommendations for the formulation of the Second Chittagong Hill Tracts Rural Development Project. The design of the Project built on and was guided by the successes and lessons of: (i) the recently completed Chittagong Hill Tracts Rural Development Project (CHTRDP); (ii) other relevant projects undertaken in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) by the Government of Bangladesh (the Government); and (iii) ADB strategies for poverty alleviation and regional integration in CHT.
