Description
Report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors describing terms and conditions proposed for the Secondary Education Sector Development Program in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, for the approval of ADB's Board of Directors.
The program loan will support key policy reform actions focused on strengthening the secondary education subsector (SES) throughout the Lao PDR, and the project grant will finance investments that directly link to, and support delivery of, those policy actions and ensure they are effectively put into operation.
