Description
Volume 9 of a series of consultant reports prepared for the Asian Development Bank and the Government of Nepal under the Secondary Towns Integrated Urban Environmental Improvement Project in Nepal presenting the results of institutional surveys and analysis under the PPTA. The PPTA commenced on 1 May 2009. The Ministry of Physical Planning and Works (MPPW) is the executing agency, acting through the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction (DUDBC) is the executing agency for the project preparation.
