Description
Implementation agreements and details used by the borrower, executing agency, implementing agency, and ADB to monitor project implementation and evaluate impact of Skills Enhancement Project in Viet Nam. The project’s impact will be a reduction in skills shortages in key occupations. The project's outcome will be the establishment of higher level skills training in 15 key occupations. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of the vocational education and training system to train highly skilled workers and technicians who can master the modern technologies required by enterprises in the industrial and service sectors. Two of the six industry sectors selected have high female representation to ensure that women benefit equally from the project.
