Description
Project Completion Reports for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) Development in Uzbekistan. The Project's goal was to promote balanced and sustainable economic growth and thereby reduce poverty. In pursuit of this goal, the Project sought to (i) revitalize, diversify, and enhance the competitiveness of Uzbekistan's private sector SMEs; (ii) generate and sustain additional employment and exports by value addition through forward and backward linkages; and (iii) help improve the legal, regulatory, and policy environment for SMEs.
