Report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors describing terms and conditions proposed for the Social Protection Support Project in the Philippines, for approval of ADB's Board of Directors.

The impact of the project will be reduced income poverty and non income poverty. The outcome will be increased consumption and utilization of education and health services among poor households and women beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (Building Bridges for the Filipino Family Program).
