Description
Report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors describing terms and conditions proposed for the Songhua River Basin Water Pollution Control and Management Project Private Sector Facility in the People's Republic of China, for approval of ADB's Board of Directors. The project will be an important catalyst for economic growth and environmental improvement in the PRC, particularly in the underdeveloped Songhua River Basin.
