Description
This Environmental Monitoring Report presents the performance of various environmental protection measures during construction of Xichang (Huanglianguan)-Panzhihua (Jinjiang Township) Expressway of the Southern Sichuan Roads Development Project in the People's Republic of China in 2004, and provides scientific basis for the date and period of the performance of environmental protection action plan and measures.
