Description
The RETA is expected to enhance the development impacts of the DMCs' own interventions and ADB's lending and nonlending operations in the DMCs. The envisaged outcome is enhanced DMC capacity to undertake development diagnostic studies and formulate development plans or poverty reduction strategies targeting the binding constraints.
