Description
The TA will assist the Government to improve and sustain its medium-term strategic planning and monitoring. The emphasis will be on establishing a planning process that is in harmony with the medium-term fiscal framework, sectoral plans, annual budget allocations and departmental corporate plans, while also contributing to the achievement of MDGs and other regional and international commitments.
