Description
The 11th Five-Year Plan (11th FYP) of the People's Republic of China (PRC) was finalized in early 2006. The plan sets out strategies and programs for socioeconomic development in 2006-2010. As stated in the Country Strategy and Program Update (CSPU) 2005-2007 for the PRC, supporting the preparation of 11th FYP is one of the priorities of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) operations in the PRC.
