Description
This document provides the report and recommendation of the president (RRP) on (i) a proposed loan not exceeding B145,217,518 or its equivalent in US dollars and (ii) proposed administration of a loan not exceeding $4,000,000 or the equivalent of 20% of project costs, whichever is less, to be provided by the ADB Clean Technology Fund, both to Theppana Wind Farm Company Limited for the Theppana Wind Power Project in Thailand. The RRP describes terms and conditions proposed for the project for the approval of the Board of Directors of ADB.
The Project entails the construction of a 7.5 MW wind power plant consisting of 3 wind turbines, 2.5 MW each in Chaiyaphum Province.
