Assessment of environmental condition and potential impact, including mitigation measures, institutional requirements and environmental monitoring for the Lake Hargy Interconnection Subproject of the Town Electrification Project in Papua New Guinea. The subproject is designed to connect the separate generating systems of Kimbe in the west with Biala in the east over a distance of about 150km.
