Description
This publication is devoted to research of positions of Family and Labour codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan through a prism gender analysis. By results of examination, amendments on improvement the national legislation through the principle of gender equality are submitted.
It is hoped this publication will serve as a practical material in issues of reduction of the current legislation according to principles and norms of international norms and will be useful to all interested in protection and observance of equal rights and equal opportunities among women and men of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
