This brief explores the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Loan on Social Sector Rehabilitation Project (SSRP) in Pakistan. The SSRP was intended to re-activate delivery of essential social services by rehabilitating existing infrastructure, providing essential supplies, strengthening the delivery of services, and improving targeting and access to services by vulnerable groups at the local level.
