The series of policy notes, Observations and Suggestions, is produced by ADB PRC Resident Mission. It aims to provide senior policymakers in the PRC Government with information and advice relevant to priority development issues in the PRC. Topics draw on specific requests from the PRC Government so as well initiates from the Resident Mission to work on topics expected to emerge as future government policy or reform priorities.
