Canadian Cooperation Fund on Climate Change

Grant recipients are ADB's developing member countries and institutions operating in these countries. Priority is given to

  • People's Republic of China and India with activities relating to the prime objectives of greenhouse gas emission reductions
  • Indonesia with activities relating to carbon sequestration
  • Pacific Countries with activities relating to adaptation to climate change

ADB carries out the identification, preparation, appraisal and supervision of the projects according to its policies and procedures. For the projects, ADB will select and engage consultants following ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and Guidelines for Procurement.
