MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE OF REACH

REACH is the interdepartmental program on Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Climate Change within ADB.

• Steering Committee

The Steering Committee provides overall guidance and supervision of the Canadian Cooperation Fund, the Danish Cooperation Fund, the Netherlands Cooperation Fund, and their related activities.

Head: Deputy Director General of the Regional and Sustainable Development Department (RSDD)

Members:

• Directors of Infrastructure Divisions of all five operational departments -- South Asia, Mekong, East and Central Asia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific Island Countries
• Directors of the Environment and Social Safeguard Division and the Finance and Infrastructure Division of RSDD
• Representatives from the Private Sector Department, Office of Cofinancing Operations and Office of General Counsel

• Working Group

The Working Group is responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of various activites and projects under the REACH program. International technical experts from the Promotion of Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Greenhouse Gas Abatement (PREGA) support it.
