Program Management

The Steering Committee of REACH provides overall guidance and supervision of the Cooperation Fund.

The Working Group of REACH is responsible for coordinating and managing the activities under the Cooperation Fund.

Staff members of ADB's operational departments are responsible for the identification and implementation of the projects while international and national consultants provide support. The consultants are be contracted by ADB following ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and Guidelines on Procurement.
